Cancellation of the booking
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid penalties.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or no-show, a fine will be charged in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay or the full amount of the reservation (depending on the fare conditions).
